One to one lessons held in an equipped room located in the center of Bergamo by the guys from Body Convert.

The peculiarity of the lessons is the constant presence of our specialized trainer who, for the duration of the lesson, carefully supervises the training. Each workout is also planned from time to time, so as to always generate variance and new stimuli.
