From the time the prize is redeemed, within 48h LOOKUP will purchase a gift certificate for the amount of the experience in your name and you will be shared the booking process via email.
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Usable on the dates provided on our calendar. No returns are made.
