Any time of the year is suitable for harvesting wild plants, some always present while others seasonal or even available for a few weeks a year.
It is a fascinating and multidisciplinary experience with a profound approach to nature, looking at what surrounds us with a different sensitivity.
You will have the opportunity to taste some local products and local wines, to better understand how the surrounding nature affects and is perceived in all local products, from cheeses to wine and much more.
